Our attorneys had a very significant role in the Hardage/Criner CERCLA litigation, a complex, multi-party case in Oklahoma. We have also been involved in a number of actual or threatened private party clean-up actions involving CERCLA claims. These cases included certain common law claims such as nuisance, negligence, and trespass.
